By accessing or using NowDo.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
NowDo.AI provides a web-based task management application with optional AI-powered features.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate information
- You must use Google OAuth for authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
3.2 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon deletion, all data is immediately and permanently removed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to store illegal content
- Interfere with other users' access
- Reverse engineer or scrape our service
5. AI Features
5.1 Consent Required
- AI-powered features require explicit consent
- You can enable or disable AI features in settings
- When enabled, task data is sent to OpenAI for processing
5.2 AI Limitations
- AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content
- We are not liable for AI errors or mistakes
6. Data Ownership
6.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all task data you create
- You can export your data at any time
- You can delete your data by deleting your account
6.2 Our Service
- NowDo.AI owns all code, design, and infrastructure
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions
7.2 Changes to Service
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice
- We may update these terms with notification and re-consent
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- NowDo.AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or other damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently $0)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NowDo.AI from claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
